DAD WAS BORN ON 25TH DECEMBER 1924 AT NAKIFUMA HEALTH CENTRE IN KYAGWE ~ UGANDA. HE WAS VERY PROUD OF HIS BIRTHDAY AND OFTEN SAID ALTHOUGH XMAS IS GONE MY BIRTHDAY CONTINUES FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR.
DAD WAS A MAN OF FEW WORDS WHO DOTTED ON HIS CHILDREN AND TO SAY THAT HIS CHILDREN WERE HIS LIFE. HE LOVED US AND ENSURED THAT WE NEVER WANTED FOR ANYTHING, WE WERE SENT TO THE BEST SCHOOLS AND ABOVE ALL HE WAS OUR FRIEND.
ON 17TH DECEMBER 2007 ~ 11.45AM UGANDA TIME, HE PASSED AWAY AT RUBAGA HOSPITAL, JUST A WEEK AWAY FROM HIS 83RD BIRTHDAY. MARGARET WAS WITH HIM WHEN HE BREATHED HIS LAST BREATHE. SLEEP WELL OUR GUARDIAN ANGEL UNTIL WE MEET.

MY DAD WAS ONE OF THE GREATEST MEN I HAVE EVER KNOWN. HE WAS A LOVING CARING AND LOYAL HUSBAND, FATHER AND GRANDFATHER. HE WAS A DEVOTED DAD AND AS HIS CHILDREN GREW AND MATURED HE BECAME A CONFIDENT AND A TRUE FRIEND. HE WAS MY BEST ADVISOR AND HIS WISDOM SHOWED IN EVERY THING HE SAID. HE WAS A GOD LOVING MAN AND HE LOVED PEOPLE. HE HAD A HEART OF GOLD AND ADORED HIS GRANDCHILDREN AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO TRULY HELP ANYONE UNDERSTAND THE DEPTH OF LOVE A DAUGHTER HAS FOR HER FATHER EXCEPT TO SAY THAT MY HEART HAS AN EMPTINESS THAT IS INDESCRIBABLE IN WORDS. I MISS HIM SO VERY MUCH AND WOULD GIVE ANYTHING JUST TO BE ABLE TO TELL HIM ONE MORE TIME HOW VERY MUCH I RESPECT, LOOK UP TO AND LOVE HIM. I ONLY PRAY THAT ONE DAY I WILL GET THAT CHANCE AND THAT I HAVE MADE HIM PROUD OF ME BECAUSE I AM WHO I AM THANKS TO MY PARENTS.. ELIZABETH ~ XXX
